Apple to showcase iOS 12 its next big and major update for there all iPhones and iPads currently having iOs 11.3, likely the last update which has tons of front-facing features. We are expecting that iOS12 to launch on 4th June at WWDC,2018.

That shouldn’t surprise you by now – Apple launches its big iOS update at the same time every year.

The Apple R&D loads it’s every new update, with lots of unexpected and existing features. I fully expect from Apple R&D to eliminate all problems from there existing iOS 11. The iOS11 latest update requires very healthy dose to fix its very bugs and problems.Apple ios12, gadgetsgreek, Iphone

Apart from that, with the launch of iPhone X last year, also rumors for Apple iPhone X2  of launching is getting this year, in between that Apple had finalised to add a new lineup of iPad in this year. It seems that Apple is to be ready to roll out more huge improvements.

Here is the list, I’m are expecting from iOS12, given the leaks and rumors for the next big software updates for all iPhones and iPads.

The iOs 12 will be releasing on June 4, 2018. At least, then only we will come to know about the changes and improvements Apple will make to its mobile software during its WWDC,2018 keynote. That’s two months away, Apple officially announces its new iOS update during the developer conference and Apple has announced to launch its developers beta next week. In meantime, Apple will be launching the non-developer beta version also, previously like the last year June 2017 for every non-developer who are willing to test it.

Apple also needs these betas more than iOS12 as it’s been plagued with so many iOS 11 problems. Apple has decided to continue on the same schedule of beta rollout because of valuable feedback from so many users.

The actual release date of iOS12 for everyone usage is expected in September 2018 right as from the iPhone 9 and iPhone X2 launch. I don’t know yet the Apple’s next smartphone as it is not officially stated but rumors are pointing towards the cheap version of iPhone X.

One of the biggest change you will be seeing in iOS 12 features for your computer.Apple can bring its first and third-party iOS apps to your computer. Why can’t you control your smart home with the Home app via that all-powerful iMac Pro? It’s a ridiculous notion.Apple is also rumored with that, they are working for the developers so thus they expand their ecosystem from the forthcoming Mac Os 10.14 update.

iOS 12 to focus on Reliability and Stability

According to the reports,  Apple software engineer chief Craig Federighi told to his employees at a meeting in January 2018 that Apple has decided to delay some of the new features it was working on in favor of spending time on addressing issues with performance and quality.

It seems like Apple will focus on stability and bug fixes as well as with making iPhone more responsive and less prone to customer support issues. This change will give an Apple direction is likely as result of the bugs and problems that have plagued iOS 11 Since it is launch from last year.

Here are more features that were coming to iOS12…

What we all want to see?

1.Wifi and Bluetooth toggles that work properly.

2.Wishlist returned to App Store.

3.Camera controls in the camera app.

4.A movable back button.

5.More Control Center customization.

6.System-wide Autofill.

Which iPhones & iPads will be able to run iOS 12?

Prediction is that the iPad Air 2 and later, the iPad mini 3 and later, the iPhone 6 and later and the sixth-gen iPod touch will be certified as compatible to install and run iOS 12.

Here is a list of every Apple device that supported iOS 11:

  • iPad Air 1, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro (12.9in, 2015), iPad Pro (9.7in, 2016), iPad (9.7in, 2017), iPad Pro (10.5in), iPad Pro (12.9in, 2017)
  • iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 4
  • iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X
  • iPod touch (sixth generation)

This time I think Apple will remove the bottom rung of each list, with the Air 1, mini 2 and iPhone 5s.
